TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

To obtain a refund or size exchange please send an email with your full name, purchase date and size required for exchange.

 

Products must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date, in their original new condition, ie unstretched and clean.

 

Online Returns

A self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope or satchel must be included with your return, if this is not received, additional postage will be charged prior to despatch.

 

Please email the tracking number for your return to broadwaydancesupplies@gmail.com so we know when it has arrived at our post office box.

 

No responsibility will be taken for purchasing the wrong size online and exchanging sizes is at the cost of the buyer.

 

Studio Fitting Returns

Please contact us to arrange a time to meet at the place of purchase to conduct the exchange/refund.

 

Clearance stock and seconds cannot be returned for any reason.

 

If your required size is not available, an estimate restock date or refund will be offered.

 

Refunds and Exchanges will only be granted if returned products meet the above conditions

 

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

 

If there is a problem with your product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund or replacement item.
